Policies
CANCELLATIONS:
In general, if you give 3-4 hours notice, there is
no charge.  Please call as soon as you know you
do not need care for your pet, so we may book it
for someone else.    Please note that if the
walker has already left on his or her route, you
may be required to pay for the visit in full.

PAYMENTS:
Due on date of service.  For clients who have
daily walks, or several walks a week, please pay
by the end of the week of service.  We are able
to keep our rates low because we carry NO
receivables.   If you are past due, there is a $5
fee per month for past due accounts.

LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS:
No problem!  We do not charge extra for this
service.  The worst thing is that we might have to
say "no" -- but we really HATE that!   In general,
we are able to take last minute bookings, even
for the same day, if you are flexible on visit time.  

You may be given a 2-4 hour window of service.  
Tell us the EXACT time that is PERFECT for
your pet, and we will do our best to get there.  
But please remember we will give you a window
for the visit.

KEYS:
We ask that you give us a set of keys upon our
initial free visit, so that we may serve your pet in
an efficient manner.  If you do not, we have to
charge a $5 fee for each trip we take to your
home to pick them up.  Please feel free to drop
off a set at our site at no charge, of course.
